Monthly Pool Service

Our Monthly Pool service includes 48 Weekly visits per year. We test and balance Chemicals, check your equipment, skim and brush your pool, Backwash (if needed) and email you photos and a service report. Below are the costs associated with our monthly pool service. We require our customers to purchase Chlorine buckets that are kept on their property, as well as an annual mineral purifier and filter cleanings as needed. These requirements are to ensure that your pool stays happy and healthy.

Chlorine Bucket of professional grade Tabs

Commercial-grade chlorine tabs are more pure and concentrated compared to store-bought alternatives. This ensures effective sanitization and consistent results for maintaining clean and clear pool water.

Most customers use 1 -2  chlorine buckets per year.  Not all tabs are created equal.  We offer our service customers Chlorine tabs at our cost, which is substantially less expensive than Retail.

Annual Mineral Purifiers

$110.00 plus tax

Filter Cleanings starting at

$125.00 per cleaning

Pools with Cartridge and DE filters are cleaned by our professionals every 4-6 months depending on the gauge reading.  Prices vary based on filter size and type.

Pool Maintenance

Acid Wash/Chlorine Bath starting at

$550.00

Over time pool surfaces can develop stains, discoloration or unsightly blemishes.  An Acid Wash or Chlorine Bath can help restore the appearance of your pool's interior by removing these, leaving your pool looking fresh and revitalized. Price does not include start up chemicals once the pool is refilled.

Tile Cleaning

Calcium buildup on pool tiles is a common issue, particularly in Arizona's hard water areas.  Pool tile cleaning can effectively remove calcium deposits, restoring the beauty of your pool tile.  We use specialized equipment to complete this process, and the pricing depends on the thickness of the calcium and type of media that must be used.  Call Bob to schedule a free estimate on this service. Drain & Refill

$199.99

It is recommended that you drain and refill your pool periodically.  If your pool has high Cyanuric Acid Levels (CYA) it can have several adverse effects, including reduced chlorine effectiveness and increased risk of algae growth.  A simple drain and refill does not include cleaning the walls, it is a simple drain and refill.  It is always recommended that you upgrade to an Acid Wash or Chlorine Bath if you are draining, to benefit the most from the process.
